If you request information through our website, we ask for your name, address, email address and phone number. This allows us to send you your requested information.

If you sign up to receive e-newsletters, we ask for your name, address and email address.

How is the information used?
Information we collect is used to contact you and send you requested information or contact you in the event there are questions about any information you submit to us.
